In accordance with the Code of Ordinances, Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) Chair Denise Fansler presented the Commission's 2024 Annual Report to the Council at the March 4 City Council meeting. Over twelve regular meetings, the P&Z reviewed 28 cases, including ten rezoning and development plan requests, fourteen Special Use Permit requests, and four plats. The Commission reviewed and acted upon a wide range of projects in 2024, including zoning entitlements for AMLI Treehouse Phase 2 and a review of long-range planning efforts like the comprehensive plan update, Advance Addison 2050. The Commission also saw several proposals for minor site improvements and infill redevelopment.
