Council Approves Greenhill Athletic Performance Center

At its September 24 meeting, the City Council approved a Special Use Permit for the construction of a new Athletic Performance Center at Greenhill School, located at 4141 Spring Valley Road. The two-story, 21,250-square-foot facility will include five relocated tennis courts, a field hockey field, a putting green, and additional parking spaces.

The project also includes improvements to the site’s emergency access and landscape enhancements, exceeding tree mitigation requirements. Greenhill School worked with neighboring residents to address concerns about a tree buffer along the northern property line, committing to plant 11 new live oak trees. Construction is expected to begin later this year.
