What is the Addison Way?
The “Addison Way” is a philosophy that serves as the cornerstone of Addison’s service delivery model to our stakeholders. The heart of the “Addison Way” is to:
- Be service-minded and kind.
- Exceed expectations.
- Be solution driven.
- Value employees as partners.
The staff searches out all options to try and meet expectations during each customer service interaction.

Be Brave
In 2023, City Manager David Gaines took the Addison Way one step further by encouraging employees to Be BRAVE with their service delivery through the launch of some new organizational values:
