AAC Outdoor Bathrooms to Get a Facelift

At its February 10 meeting, the City Council approved a contract with Construction Solutions USA, LLC in the amount of $165,164.26 to renovate the Addison Athletic Club outdoor pool restrooms, which have not been updated since they were built in 2003.

Rezoning Approved for New Commercial Building

At its February 10 meeting, the City Council approved a rezoning request that will allow for the construction of a new single-story, multi-tenant commercial building at 1 Commercial Drive. The project will include the relocation of Box Investment Group’s corporate headquarters from Dallas to Addison.

Advance Addison 2050 Adopted
