The Addison Municipal Court has jurisdiction over Misdemeanors and City Ordinance Violations that occur within the territorial limits and are punishable by fine only.

Did you know?! Addison has an Interactive Voice Response system, an automated phone system that will remind people to pay their fines before they turn into warrants.  The IVR will notify a person the day before a fine is due and, if not paid by the due-date, will call again to remind the person that the fine is overdue.  The system has saved the Town AND its citizens court costs and frustration!
