The Finance Department manages the Town's financial resources and assists the Town's management with strategic planning.  Such responsibilities as financial reports, billing, collection, procurement, risk management, and developing the annual budget are carried out by the Department.

Purchasing and Bid Information

The Town of Addison does not maintain a persistent vendor list: everything is done on a bid-by-bid basis.  The best way to do business with us is to register for either Bidsync.com or Demandstar.com, both of which are linked below.  We also advertise all bids through the Dallas Morning News, and post bid documents on this website.  Prospective vendors do not need to notify us of intent to bid.

• Hotel Occupancy Tax Form - Monthly remittance form for submitting hotel occupancy taxes
• Solid Waste Collection Application - A permit is required to collect commercial waste within the Town of Addison. Haulers must complete an application and submit a quarterly report and fee to the Town. A $50 annual fee is required.
• Solid Waste Collection Permit Quarterly Form - A quarterly remittance of 5% of gross receipts is required for all Solid Waste Collection permit holders
