Bianca R. Noble, Councilmember

Bianca Noble was elected to the Addison City Council in May of 2009. She is an Addison Citizen Academy graduate, Leadership Metrocrest graduate, and former appointee to the Board of Zoning Adjustment. In addition to her council duties, she currently volunteers on the steering committee for Leadership Metrocrest of the Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce and as the Marketing Board member for her son's school.

She began her career in consulting and advertising, but dedicated the most recent 10 years of her career to Marketing and Product Management with Verizon and later Idearc Media, where she held several Internet Marketing positions with Superpages.com. Most notably, she served as Group Manager of Product Management and Development, Product Manager of Pay-Per-Click Performance-Based products, and Manager of Wireless and Video products.

Bianca's awards include a Chairman's leadership Award, an Individual Achievement award for Pay-Per-Click internet advertising products, and an SPARC award for Video advertising. She was also honored to be selected for and to complete the Leadership Excellence Program with the Center for Creative Leadership in North Carolina.

Bianca graduated from Harvard University in 1994, where she served on the Student Advisory Committee of the Institute of Politics. She earned her M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
